Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Customer Experience Coordinator will manage pre-move counseling, day-to-day service needs, and communication between customers, clients, and service providers in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory and pre-move counseling calls while meeting client service level agreements (SLA)
  • Oversee daily customer service requirements and ensure timely communication regarding moving services
  • Analyze customer feedback and manage the collection of additional charges as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of experience in relocation or a related customer service field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute
  • Ability to interpret and communicate various documents and instructions effectively
