Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Management and Digital Enablement Leader - Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform to enhance customer interactions
  • Leads and mentors a team of CRM specialists, providing guidance and support for professional growth
  • Analyzes CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales enablement experience, with a preference for CRM management
  • Master's Degree strongly preferred
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years of relevant experience is considered
  • Proven leadership experience required; management experience preferred
