Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Data Analyst to support their Expert Services team by analyzing customer feedback data and contributing to AI-enhanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools for team efficiency and collaborate with data scientists and engineers
  • Build and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis for client projects
  • Assist in integrating and applying AI tools for summarizing customer comment data
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python is a plus
  • Understanding of customer experience or market research data is advantageous
  • Familiarity with AI applications in business contexts is beneficial
