Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize customer experience reports and dashboards using analytics tools
- Conduct analysis of key CX metrics to inform improvement strategies and anticipate trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with customer journey improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer experience or SaaS environments
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce; experience in Python or R preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in developing methodologies for customer health scoring and data visualization
