Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize customer experience reports and dashboards using analytics tools
  • Conduct analysis of key CX metrics to inform improvement strategies and anticipate trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with customer journey improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer experience or SaaS environments
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce; experience in Python or R preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in developing methodologies for customer health scoring and data visualization
