Customer Experience Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Customer Experience Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, enable AI-driven analytics, and create insightful dashboards to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to support various use cases
• Create interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and track key performance indicators
• Enable AI/ML-powered analytics by building feature pipelines and integrating AI tools into operational workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, including building production-grade data pipelines and ETL processes
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data warehousing platforms
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML enablement and data quality frameworks
