Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Engineer to join their global Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within web applications using various tools and techniques
  • Provide timely and empathetic customer support for web application issues via ticket and phone
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting client-server applications on Windows and Linux environments
  • Web analysis skills, including the ability to analyze web traffic and use monitoring tools
  • Experience with Linux operation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with AWS is an advantage
