Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Engineer to join their global Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within web applications using various tools and techniques
- Provide timely and empathetic customer support for web application issues via ticket and phone
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting client-server applications on Windows and Linux environments
- Web analysis skills, including the ability to analyze web traffic and use monitoring tools
- Experience with Linux operation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with AWS is an advantage
