Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via email, chat, and video calls
- Serve as a public-facing expert on social platforms and live events

Required Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting modern front-end technologies such as Vite, React, Tailwind, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with databases, API integrations, and Chrome DevTools

- Genuine customer-first mindset and ability to translate technical concepts clearly
- Located in a Western European or American timezone
