Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time remote Customer Experience Engineer will focus on scaling product adoption through technical enablement, structured Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and the creation of high-impact technical content.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced technical sessions for various audiences, creating structured enablement series aligned to customer maturity stages
- Develop scalable PoC frameworks and define success criteria for common adoption scenarios, translating Docker capabilities into practical architectural patterns
- Produce deep technical assets such as recorded walkthroughs and architecture guides, while acting as a subject matter expert for non-support technical inquiries
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, DevOps, or similar technical roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Docker, container ecosystems, secure software supply chain practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience designing and executing structured PoCs with defined success criteria
- Ability to present complex technical topics clearly to senior engineering audiences
- Strong written communication skills with experience producing technical blogs or deep technical content
