Job Summary

Supporting major financial institutions remotely, the full-time Customer Experience Insight Consultant will analyze customer data, deliver training and insights, and lead instrumentation efforts to enhance digital experience analytics and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Lead the execution of instrumentation plans for accurate data capture and collaborate with internal teams for cohesive support
  • Build strong relationships with customers, guiding them on embedding insights into their workflows and supporting renewal efforts
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience analytics or related data-driven consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of the banking industry and digital experience analytics landscape
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience using Glassbox or similar DXA tools
  • Proven experience in creating UX optimization reports and delivering actionable recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
