Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze key churn drivers across the customer lifecycle
  • Integrate multiple data sources to develop a holistic view of churn risk
  • Translate analytics into actionable roadmap decisions for customer journey improvements and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in analytics, customer insights, strategy, or CX roles
  • Strong experience with churn analysis and customer behavior insights
  • Ability to connect data to business outcomes such as revenue and churn reduction
  • Strong storytelling skills for presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to create and communicate reporting requirements
