Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze key churn drivers across the customer lifecycle
- Integrate multiple data sources to develop a holistic view of churn risk
- Translate analytics into actionable roadmap decisions for customer journey improvements and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in analytics, customer insights, strategy, or CX roles
- Strong experience with churn analysis and customer behavior insights
- Ability to connect data to business outcomes such as revenue and churn reduction
- Strong storytelling skills for presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to create and communicate reporting requirements
