Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead (Hourly, Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer experience by being the primary contact for customer inquiries
- Respond to customer messages and manage returns and exchanges using designated tools
- Track customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Gorgias, Shopify, Loop Returns, and Slack
- Previous experience leading customer experience for a brand, preferably in women's health or maternity
- Familiarity with AI agents in customer support tools
- Strong judgment in balancing policy adherence and human touch
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a customer experience role
