Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead (Hourly, Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full customer experience by being the primary contact for customer inquiries
  • Respond to customer messages and manage returns and exchanges using designated tools
  • Track customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Experience using Gorgias, Shopify, Loop Returns, and Slack
  • Previous experience leading customer experience for a brand, preferably in women's health or maternity
  • Familiarity with AI agents in customer support tools
  • Strong judgment in balancing policy adherence and human touch
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a customer experience role
