Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute transactions following prescribed guidelines and manage operational performance and backlog for assigned accounts
  • Communicate status, issues, and risks for owned processes and act as a Subject Matter Expert for customer experience representatives
  • Manage backlog activities for production orders, ensuring timely action and shipment of orders
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Teams
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of inventory reporting and supply chain processes
