Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute transactions following prescribed guidelines and manage operational performance and backlog for assigned accounts
- Communicate status, issues, and risks for owned processes and act as a Subject Matter Expert for customer experience representatives
- Manage backlog activities for production orders, ensuring timely action and shipment of orders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Teams
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory reporting and supply chain processes
