  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security solutions or equivalent
  • Ability to assess industry trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Track record of contributing to large-scale transformations with measurable outcomes
