Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Manager to oversee customer service and operational needs for their e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction
- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate order processing

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in e-commerce or apparel
- Direct experience managing 3PL relationships for order processing and shipping
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRMs (e.g., Shopify, Zendesk)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
