Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy
  • Recruit and manage Customer Experience staff
  • Implement and support quoting and order management processes

Required Qualifications:
  • High school Diploma
  • At least 3 years of customer service management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM programs such as Salesforce
