Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage resource assignments and staffing levels for Customer Success Managers, including recruitment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through performance evaluations and feedback
- Participate in the development of a long-term vision for customer experience and communicate it to the team
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction technology and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction)
- Knowledge of point cloud visualization, reality capture, and laser scanning
- Experience with SaaS sales and customer success in a leadership role
- Ability to manage multiple teams in remote and hybrid environments
- Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Churnzero, and Power BI
