Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resource assignments and staffing levels for Customer Success Managers, including recruitment
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quarterly goals, surveys, and NPS
  • Participate in the development of a long-term vision for customer experience and communicate it to the team
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in construction technology and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction)
  • Knowledge of point cloud visualization, reality capture, and laser scanning
  • Proficiency in construction software sales and cloud-based software
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer experience leadership role
  • Ability to manage multiple teams in remote and hybrid environments
