Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager - FT Temp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate advertising program execution
  • Educate partners on complex processes and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Serve as the main point of contact for marketing and sales support activities related to assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Combination of training and experience up to and including a bachelor's degree
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and presentation
  • Two or more years of experience in customer and sales support management
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong execution capabilities
