Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to manage and scale the customer experience function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service order processes and assist with implementation efforts alongside Operations staff
- Document and manage customer support requests while addressing concerns and escalations
- Coordinate customer communications regarding service interruptions and ensure compliance with security standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a customer-focused role
- Familiarity with telecommunications and data center operations
- Proven ability to drive tasks to completion with integrity and accountability
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently or within a team with minimal direction
