Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Customer Experience Manager to lead customer interactions and support operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual CX roadmap to improve efficiency and elevate customer experience
  • Implement and optimize AI Agent adoption for automating routine inquiries
  • Manage a team of CX Associates and lead them through process changes and technology adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of CX experience with proven leadership skills
  • Experience with helpdesk software and eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon
  • Experience in implementing AI Agent solutions
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights
  • Capability to evaluate trade-offs for strategic decision-making
