Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Customer Experience Manager to lead customer interactions and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual CX roadmap to improve efficiency and elevate customer experience
- Implement and optimize AI Agent adoption for automating routine inquiries
- Manage a team of CX Associates and lead them through process changes and technology adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of CX experience with proven leadership skills
- Experience with helpdesk software and eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon
- Experience in implementing AI Agent solutions
- Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Capability to evaluate trade-offs for strategic decision-making
