Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement customer experience strategies utilizing AI technologies and track customer feedback for improvements
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience team to ensure performance metrics are met
  • Conduct performance check-ins and manage escalations while promoting a customer-first culture


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and metrics
  • Proficiency with CRM software, call center technology, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
