Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement customer experience strategies utilizing AI technologies and track customer feedback for improvements
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience team to ensure performance metrics are met
- Conduct performance check-ins and manage escalations while promoting a customer-first culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven experience managing and developing teams in a high-volume customer service environment
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and metrics
- Proficiency with CRM software, call center technology, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
