Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to enhance client relationships and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and provide ongoing support
- Conduct implementation calls and follow-up training sessions with customers
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Reside in specified states and be available to work 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST
- 2+ years in customer service or customer-facing roles
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and CRM software
- Type a minimum of 45+ WPM
