Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to enhance client relationships and ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and provide ongoing support
  • Conduct implementation calls and follow-up training sessions with customers
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Reside in specified states and be available to work 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST
  • 2+ years in customer service or customer-facing roles
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and CRM software
  • Type a minimum of 45+ WPM
