Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to assist Shopify merchants in launching and growing their reviews and loyalty platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide Shopify merchants through onboarding and implementation processes
- Provide strategic support and actionable recommendations based on merchant goals
- Design scalable workflows and programs to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, onboarding, account management, or SaaS customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with ecommerce or Shopify is a strong plus
- Experience leading customer calls and managing projects asynchronously
- Proficiency with CRM and customer engagement tools is a bonus
- Resourceful and proactive mindset with a focus on system improvement
