Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to assist Shopify merchants in launching and growing their reviews and loyalty platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide Shopify merchants through onboarding and implementation processes
  • Provide strategic support and actionable recommendations based on merchant goals
  • Design scalable workflows and programs to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, onboarding, account management, or SaaS customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with ecommerce or Shopify is a strong plus
  • Experience leading customer calls and managing projects asynchronously
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer engagement tools is a bonus
  • Resourceful and proactive mindset with a focus on system improvement
