Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager for the UK/EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and accelerate time-to-value through discovery and solution design
- Triage and resolve customer issues while providing in-timezone support coverage
- Act as a technical escalation partner and maintain customer health to support retention and expansion
Required Qualifications and Education
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success or related technical roles at a cloud/SaaS company
- Prior experience in building customer functions or working in early-stage environments is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with US teams
- Comfortable operating autonomously and in ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership
- Bachelor's degree required
