Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager for the UK/EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical onboarding and accelerate time-to-value through discovery and solution design
  • Triage and resolve customer issues while providing in-timezone support coverage
  • Act as a technical escalation partner and maintain customer health to support retention and expansion
Required Qualifications and Education
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success or related technical roles at a cloud/SaaS company
  • Prior experience in building customer functions or working in early-stage environments is desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with US teams
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and in ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership
  • Bachelor's degree required
