Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to manage accounts, drive customer satisfaction, and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer service and loyalty by building rapport and advocating for customer needs
- Conduct regular customer account reviews and oversee installations, billing, and repair tickets
- Meet renewal and migration objectives while analyzing customer needs and engaging sales partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College Degree or equivalent military experience preferred
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account management in a technology environment
- Proven success in managing the customer lifecycle
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling, VoIP, and cloud networks
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development
