Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager (SME) to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and successful platform adoption
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across multiple support channels, resolving issues promptly
- Build strong customer relationships by providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and proactive support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred; Associate degree (AA/AS) accepted with 4-8 years of relevant military experience
- Minimum of 4 years of military aviation experience required
- Strong understanding of aviation operations and customer support within a military environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting operational systems preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field
