Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager (SME) to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and successful platform adoption
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across multiple support channels, resolving issues promptly
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and proactive support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred; Associate degree (AA/AS) accepted with 4-8 years of relevant military experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of military aviation experience required
  • Strong understanding of aviation operations and customer support within a military environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting operational systems preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field
