Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, the full-time Customer Experience Manager will drive customer satisfaction and reduce churn by renewing accounts, addressing inquiries, and recommending strategic services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to enhance service loyalty and satisfaction
- Conduct regular account reviews and develop plans to meet customer needs and expectations
- Negotiate renewals and migrations while addressing competitive product objections to retain business
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent military experience preferred
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or account management within a technology or complex environment
- Proven success in managing the customer lifecycle
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling, VoIP, and cloud network products
- Ability to conduct contract negotiations with C-level executives
