Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data strategies, reports, and dashboards to monitor performance and customer health
- Collaborate with leadership to execute the Customer Success Go-to-Market strategy informed by data-driven insights
- Analyze data to extract insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, preferably in customer support or SaaS
- Strong proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience operations
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration
