Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data strategies, reports, and dashboards to monitor performance and customer health
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute the Customer Success Go-to-Market strategy informed by data-driven insights
  • Analyze data to extract insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, preferably in customer support or SaaS
  • Strong proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience operations
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration
