- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with customer journey enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer experience or SaaS environments
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Salesforce reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with ETL workflows and data transformation
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder; no visa sponsorship available
