Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize customer experience reports and dashboards using various analytics tools
  • Analyze key CX metrics to inform improvement strategies and present findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with customer journey improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer experience or SaaS environments
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Salesforce reporting, and ETL workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience with data transformation and structuring
  • Preference for experience in Agentic AI workflows
