Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize customer experience reports and dashboards using various analytics tools
- Analyze key CX metrics to inform improvement strategies and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with customer journey improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer experience or SaaS environments
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Salesforce reporting, and ETL workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with data transformation and structuring
- Preference for experience in Agentic AI workflows
