Job Summary
Joining a fast-growing team, the remote Customer Experience Operations Analyst will build systems and processes from the ground up, focusing on platform management, data integrity, and operational efficiency to support the Customer Experience organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own administration of the Planhat platform, including building automations and maintaining data quality
- Serve as the primary operations partner for frontline customer success managers, refining customer lifecycle processes
- Design and implement strategic initiatives such as customer health scoring and survey programs to drive actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years in an analytical role such as CS Ops, RevOps, or business analytics
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, or Planhat
- Strong data analysis and dashboard-building skills
- Direct experience with Planhat and familiarity with automation concepts
- Knowledge of NPS/CSAT survey programs and customer success qualified lead motions
