Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Operations Lead to build operational systems for the Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage renewals tracking and design systems to enhance account health indicators
  • Design and execute automated partner implementation and member onboarding experiences
  • Continuously optimize processes by identifying inefficiencies and running improvement experiments
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in customer success, member operations, or customer/revenue operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Experience in member-facing or client-facing roles in fast-moving tech startups
  • Project management and process improvement experience with measurable results
  • Experience supporting account management or customer success teams through renewals and onboarding
  • Located in regions where a majority of partners are: SF, LA, NY
