Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor data issues across CX systems and ensure timely resolution
  • Analyze customer lifecycle processes to identify and address gaps in the customer journey
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience operations or sales operations
  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms (e.g., Custify, Intercom, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience in building health and adoption scoring
  • Salesforce admin-level skills are a bonus
