Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CX leadership to assess departmental needs and business growth
- Monitor data issues across CX systems and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze customer lifecycle processes to identify and address gaps in the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience operations or sales operations
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms (e.g., Custify, Intercom, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience in building health and adoption scoring
- Salesforce admin-level skills are a bonus
