Job Summary
Overseeing customer service and daily operations for e-commerce businesses, the full-time Customer Experience & Operations Manager will ensure timely service and efficient warehouse operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction and accuracy
- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on schedule
- Act as the primary liaison with fulfillment partners, addressing operational issues and maintaining service level agreements
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role in e-commerce or a related industry
- Direct experience managing 3PL relationships for order processing and shipping
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRMs such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
