Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for Customer Experience Operations Vice President.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Oversee the management of services and support operations while ensuring service level agreements with customers are met or exceeded
  • Manage a team responsible for operational excellence and insights throughout customer experience journeys and functions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in services and support operations, preferably in a technology company
  • Proven record of accomplishment of delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Experience managing large teams of managers and individual contributors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
