Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Experience Project Manager will manage stakeholder communication, verify CX-specific requirements, and analyze business processes to support client contact center launch efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Document and verify all CX-specific requirements, including impacts, timelines, risks, and issues
- Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes that support customer experience goals
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in contact center launch and/or operations
- 3 years of practical experience in project management, including generating standard PM artifacts
- 5 years of business analysis experience, particularly in eliciting and validating requirements
- 5 or more years of Medicaid experience, including exposure to claims and financials
- Experience with data administration and reporting tools, including inSight Reporting and BI reporting tools
