Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound call volume and resolve post-sales calls efficiently
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and identify and report inefficiencies
- Work with a team of Customer Experience representatives and attend scheduled trainings
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced role
- Proven experience using internal tools to solve customer issues
- Ability to type at required speeds for phone and chat support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
