Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound call volume and resolve post-sales calls efficiently
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and identify and report inefficiencies
  • Work with a team of Customer Experience representatives and attend scheduled trainings
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced role
  • Proven experience using internal tools to solve customer issues
  • Ability to type at required speeds for phone and chat support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
