• Support the Venue Success team by addressing venue partners' inquiries and issues promptly
• Serve as a product expert to troubleshoot partner issues in real time
• Analyze nightly sales data to optimize revenue during peak hours

• Must be located in Hawaii or Alaska
• Full-time availability with evening and weekend work required
• Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
