Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Customer Experience Representative will manage high-volume inbound customer interactions, utilizing troubleshooting techniques and resources to resolve issues while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer interactions and take ownership of each customer interaction from start to finish
- Utilize internal resources and knowledge bases to troubleshoot customer concerns and achieve high one-call resolution
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM or ticketing system, maintaining compliance with client and company policies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of recent inbound contact center customer service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and contact center software
- Ability to type 50 WPM accurately while speaking with customers
