Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound call volume and post-sales calls/chats
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer issues
  • Identify and report website or process inefficiencies

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced role
  • Proven experience using internal tools to solve customer issues
  • Ability to type at required speeds for phone and chat communication
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
