Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Meal Order Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all room service related calls and enter daily patient meal selections for multiple facilities
• Provide quality customer service and resolve complaints effectively while adhering to facility guidelines
• Utilize culinary systems to assist with modified diets and follow up on diet/allergy order concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• 1-2 years of related experience in nutrition services or a similar field
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with computer keyboards
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
