Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Customer Experience Outbound (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service support to members and/or providers through various communication channels
  • Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
  • Document pertinent details related to Member or Provider inquiries accurately
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with systems such as Genesys, Salesforce, and Pega is preferred
