Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative for Priority Xfinity Communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries to enhance customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a single interaction while building consultative relationships
  • Communicate account information clearly and follow escalation procedures when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Some high school coursework
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with various communication platforms (SMS, eChat, email, phone)
  • Willingness to participate in training and coaching sessions
