Job Summary

- Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries to enhance customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and account inquiries in a single interaction
- Build consultative relationships with customers to understand and resolve their needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Some high school coursework
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with technology and various communication tools
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
