Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative for Priority Xfinity Communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries to enhance customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and account inquiries in a single interaction
  • Build consultative relationships with customers to understand and resolve their needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Some high school coursework
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with technology and various communication tools
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
