Job Summary

- Provide accurate and quality responses to customer inquiries via email

- Follow SOPs to resolve order issues and communicate trends in customer needs to management
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume technology organization or related field
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn complex systems, with experience in CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry
- Experience working with a high-performing customer experience team
- Availability for the overnight timeframe (EST)
