Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative, Change of Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for customers modifying their services and generate new revenue opportunities
  • Build consultative relationships with customers to resolve inquiries and promote product solutions
  • Engage in training and maintain knowledge of products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Some high school coursework is required
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must complete required training and progress to Level Two within 12 months of hire
  • Familiarity with digital tools and self-service applications is preferred
