Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Customer Experience Representative on a contract basis, this fully remote role will engage with collectors to provide knowledgeable assistance, resolve complex inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with collectors through chat, email, and phone support, addressing inquiries related to the auction process and card valuations
- Handle complex account questions with empathy and care, ensuring effective resolution of issues
- Document interactions and collaborate with teams to gather feedback and suggest improvements for the user experience
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Alt's platform and active participation as a collector in the sports and collectibles industry
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in customer service software and ticketing systems, with experience in Intercom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
