Job Summary
To support a growing inbound customer experience division, the full-time Customer Experience Representative will manage high call volumes, provide exceptional service and problem resolution, and maintain accurate customer records remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle 30-35 inbound post-sales calls/chats daily, ensuring single call resolution and effective escalation management
- Maintain customer service standards by logging accurate information in Salesforce.com and addressing customer issues proactively
- Identify and report inefficiencies or bugs related to processes and products using ServiceNow
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced service role
- Proven ability to utilize internal tools to resolve customer issues
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ for chat is required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
