Job Summary

To support a growing inbound customer experience division, the full-time Customer Experience Representative will manage high call volumes, provide exceptional service and problem resolution, and maintain accurate customer records remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle 30-35 inbound post-sales calls/chats daily, ensuring single call resolution and effective escalation management
  • Maintain customer service standards by logging accurate information in Salesforce.com and addressing customer issues proactively
  • Identify and report inefficiencies or bugs related to processes and products using ServiceNow
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced service role
  • Proven ability to utilize internal tools to resolve customer issues
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ for chat is required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills
