Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Customer Experience Representative will provide order support, respond to payment questions, and address account inquiries while ensuring a first-class experience for customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and quality responses to customer inquiries and requests via email
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and support
  • Follow SOPs to efficiently resolve order issues and communicate emerging customer trends to management
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume technology organization or related field
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn complex systems, with experience in CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working with a high-performing customer experience team
