Job Summary
Providing exceptional order support and customer service, the full-time remote Associate Customer Experience Representative will assist customers with inquiries, payment questions, and order-related issues while following established procedures to ensure a first-class experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and social media
- Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support
- Communicate emerging trends in customer needs to management and internal teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume technology or gaming environment
- Proficient computer skills with experience in CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
- Experience with a high-performing customer experience team
